Giving up caffeine
If you knew me five years ago you would have known me as the guy who is always consuming caffeine. Most photos of me either show me with coffee or at a coffee shop. At one point I knew every Starbucks store manager in the entire city of Melbourne.
Giving up coffee was a huge thing for me, I went from equivalent of ten cups per day to zero over the course of three months.
One month past giving up what I did not realise was an addictive dependency on the beverage, I finally rid myself of the need to drink it at all. Three months on, and my mornings and evenings are filled with much more energy than I had for a very long time.
I haven't jumped out of bed at 6:30am and felt mostly wide awake since I was a teenager.
For reasons I am not not of, most of the time, drinking coffee or cola gives me a headache.
